screen resolution

hi. anyone able to help me out as i cant create my character as the new tab is to far down the screen to see. How can i sort the screen resolution out so i can create my character?

Hi. Sorry I couldn't get to you sooner, I was out shopping.

Run the game launcher and click RESET OPTIONS at top left.

The reset options button worked for me.

Let me know if it doesn't work for you or if you click it and it still doesn't fit.

I've seen if someone has like a large monitor windows will automatically set resolution scaling, this would also cause your issue. Needs to be set to 100%.
